Please submit the signed Trust Resolution . The
Trust Resolution need to be signed by each of the following persons:
- Individual trustee(s)
- Director(s) of the corporate trustee(s)
- Authorised Trader(s)
Please note, if the trust satisfies following requirements, you are allowed to open account
without Trust Resolution submit to AETOS.
- Sole individual trustee; or
- Corporate trustee with a sole director; and
- the primary applicant and the authorized trader is the same person.
Please submit the Board Resolution. The
Board Resolution is requested to be signed by each director.
For entity with a sole director, in situation that the primary applicant and the authorised trader
is the same person, you are allowed to proceed account opening without the Board
Resolution.
To complete the account registration, the ID documents (Primary Photographic ID) of following
persons are requested.
- Individual trustee(s)；
- Director(s) of the corporate trustee(s)；
- Beneficiary(ies) of the trust。
- Directors；
- Secretary；
- -Any individual who owns control over 25% or more of the shares or voting rights of the
corporate
Following documents are acceptable as the proof of address (Secondary ID) to AETOS:
- Medicare card; or
- Utility bill (issued within last three months)
- Bank Statement (Issued within last three months)
Share CFDs account applicant please note that before you are able to trade US share CFDs with
AETOS, AETOS is obligated to document all holders of US securities to comply with US federal tax
law. Please download, complete and submit the relevant form that suits your tax identity to
AETOS.
- All non-individual account applicants (incl. Trust & Corporate Account), please submit W-8BEN-E form.
- All Individual account applicants, please submit W-8BEN
form.
- If you are a "U.S. Person", please submit W-9
form.
AETOS transaction with you may be reported under applicable regulations.
If there is no a valid LEI relevant to the entity in place and you agree to authorize AETOS to
obtain a Legal Entity Identifier on your behalf as part of setting up your account.
Please print and sign back the authorization
letter to AETOS.
